RAMP keep getting more and more skilful and engaged guides that all satisfies Rediscovery International Foundations (RIFs) standards within guidance, safety, conflict solving, first-aid and use of nature.

EDEL URSTAD: Management and the initiative behind RAMP, creative workingant, development economist and designer. Long experience with youth work and group processes both at home and abroad. 36 years old living in Hedmark.

GEIR ERIK VIE: Biologist, ornithologist, ecological farmer, lumberjack. Indomitable optimist and a living oracle. 57 years old from Inderøy. A solid «do-it-all»-man. Looong field experience.

SOLBJØRG EGGEN: Versatile experience within youth work, theatre instructor, an outdoor life person, positive and energetic and a «racer» at getting things moving. 37 years old from Skogn, fresh mom and has just moved to Greenland.

MARIANNE STENWIG: Spreading joy and a solid environment factor on each trip. 25 years old from Sætre – been a part of RAMP since she was 16 and a junior guide. She lives in Bergen, about to finish her studies in Social Work.

MAREN ENSBY TESLO: This is a girl with go-ahead spirit and inventiveness! Former camp teacher – now activating the refugees in Gjøvik. A fearless outdoor person – optimistic, playful and fond of singing! 29 years old from Moelv.

KRISTIAN ROMME: Big minded and sociable Dane with outdoor life from folkehøgskole and the college in Bø. Straw house builder and computer installer. 25 years old from Nord-Jylland.

MARTIN VIE: An important role model for "the boys". Eager mud bather and spreads lots of good mood. Is working to become a lumberjack in Bergen. 26 years old from Inderøy.

KAROLINE HEIA: Enthusiast soon to be a massage therapist. Drives a dog team and has formerly studied outdoor life by HINT. 25 years old from Grong.
 

MAREN GARTLAND: Strong as a bear and with a big, kind heart! Wonderfully positive and supporting in all kinds of weather! Takes physical education and plays handball, 19 years old from Grong.

MATTIS HIMO: Junior guide. Former participant. Always there when you need him. Reflected guitar player and a solid support player. 22 years old from Grong.

MARIUS VIE: 22 years old from Inderøy and a junior guide on the third year. Works to become a lumberjack. Robust with hard-wearing spirits and lots of wild ideas.
 

KATE AINSWORTH: Professional storyteller, long experience with youth and nature experiences in England, Norway and Canada. Biologist, fresh mom. 40 years old from Devon in England. Speaks trøndersk.

JONAS BØRSTAD: RAMP-grandfather that makes sure that RAMP becomes an extended family on the trips. If Jonas is with us the chance is big to get a cup out of wood back home. 81 years old from Harran.

HELGE HVOSLEF: Satisfied forest estimator and a farmer, long field experience, Peace Corps worker and international field studies. 48 years old from Oslo. 

SUNE ANKJÆR: A man with wind in his sails! Dog racer and teacher with field experience from Greenland among others. 37 years old from Denmark, moving back to Greenland.

KRISTIN HOLM: GIS-specialist - and diver instructor . Fresh mom, 28 years old from Steinkjer.

MAYA BLOM: Versatile sociologist with amongst other things experience within agriculture and working in drug infected environments in Oslo. 45 years old from Bærum.

NORA SITTER: Enthusiastic and energetic with fantasy and eager storyteller. 37 years old from Namsos.
 

FREYA STOKKA: 15 years old from Oslo. Has been on trips with RAMP several times, and now also as a junior guide. Everlasting positive and caring. Something always happens around Freya. Does theater and circus performances. This autumn she has applied to drama classes.

FREDRIK FORNES: Joined RAMP when he was 12 – and came back strong as a junior guide when 17! The boys big role model. Everlasting fishing lover, outdoor person and a true storyteller! Lots of energy and with a grand perception of what it is to be a teen! Soon a qualified joiner. 20 years old from Harran.

JØRGEN LYNGSTAD: A RAMP-veteran now also as a junior guide! Comfortable and relaxed to be with – and with lots of humor! Soon a qualified civil engineer. 22 years old from Inderøy.

THOMAS JOHANSEN: Junior guide. Former participant. Positive and engaged. 20 years old from Trondheim.
